1. Using Fyncta

Fyncta provides software and cloud coordination services for private AI-assisted business work. You may use Fyncta only for lawful business purposes and only in ways that respect your customers, team members, providers, and applicable rules.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account and devices secure. If you use Google, Apple, Meta, Telegram, or another provider with Fyncta, you are also responsible for following that provider's terms and permissions.

3. Your business data

You keep responsibility for the documents, records, messages, instructions, and other business content you choose to process with Fyncta. Fyncta Desktop and the Fyncta Local Engine are designed to process private business work locally by default.

4. AI output and review

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing drafts, recommendations, automations, connector actions, messages, and business records before relying on them or sending them to others.

5. Connected services

If you connect third-party services, Fyncta may request only the capabilities needed for the selected business workflow. You are responsible for approving appropriate access, disconnecting services when access is no longer needed, and ensuring you are authorized to use the connected account for your business.

6. Prohibited use

Do not use Fyncta to violate law, bypass provider rules, send spam, impersonate others, access systems without permission, process data you are not allowed to process, or avoid required human review for sensitive actions.

7. Service changes

Fyncta features may change as the product is developed. Some connectors, automations, and cloud coordination features may be unavailable, limited, or require additional setup until their package is complete.

8. No warranty

Fyncta is provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Fyncta does not promise that every feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every regulated or high-risk use.

9. Contact
