Fyncta Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 8, 2026
1. What Fyncta is
Fyncta provides private AI tools for business work. Fyncta Cloud coordinates account sign-in, workspace metadata, device pairing, relay fallback, provider setup posture, and admin configuration. Fyncta Desktop runs the Fyncta Local Engine, where private business work is processed by default.
2. Data Fyncta Cloud may store
Fyncta Cloud may store account and control-plane metadata such as your name, email address, sign-in provider, workspace metadata, device registration metadata, session metadata, admin audit metadata, and provider configuration posture.
Fyncta Cloud does not store your local documents, prompts, model outputs, local vector indexes, connector refresh tokens, or private business records by default.
3. Connected providers
If you choose to connect providers such as Google, Meta, or Telegram in Fyncta Desktop, member-owned provider tokens and business-account credentials are intended to stay in the Fyncta Local Engine connector vault by default. Fyncta Cloud may store Fyncta-owned public app configuration and confidential operational secrets needed to run Fyncta-owned cloud setup surfaces.
4. Communications and webhook traffic
Some future connector features may use Fyncta Cloud to receive provider webhook events and deliver them to the active Fyncta Desktop Host. When those features are enabled, Fyncta Cloud should handle only the provider ingress and delivery metadata needed for that approved connector path and should not become the default store for private conversation history.
5. How Fyncta uses information
Fyncta uses account and control-plane metadata to sign you in, keep your workspace available, connect your devices, coordinate relay fallback, show provider setup status, protect admin settings, and maintain metadata-only audit records.
6. Sharing
Fyncta does not sell personal information. Fyncta may process limited metadata with infrastructure providers that operate the cloud service, authentication flows, hosting, security, and delivery paths needed for the product.
7. Security
Fyncta is designed around local-first privacy, encrypted operational secrets, metadata-only diagnostics, and policy checks before connector side effects. No online system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but Fyncta is built to avoid making Fyncta Cloud the default processor or storage location for private business content.
8. Your choices
You can choose whether to sign in, connect providers, connect devices, and grant business-area access to connector capabilities. You can also disconnect providers in Fyncta Desktop when the connector package supports that provider.
9. Contact
For privacy questions, contact Fyncta through the support or account channels provided with your Fyncta membership.
